Vetaikaran is a very serious full-length comedy movie. Fun starts in the first scene itself by showing Vijay as +2 student. As soon as Vijay gets introduced like everyone knows the following scenes are fight, song, fight, dance.
The only part in Vijay movie with some logic and without punch dialogues is his songs. Even that is broken in this movie. First Song “Naan adicha thanga maata…” is with full of punch. Vijay follows Red Ajith style in this song. Instead of making Kushboo (Pokiri first song) or other aunties’ dance in his first song here he made his son to dance by which he created a new trend in Tamil cinema inserting a comedy track in song.
Audience starts breathing only when they show Anuska. Any heroine looks good next to Vijay but Anuska looks dull in this movie (She might have seen Vijay very close I guess). It’s better for Anuska to act either in Shankar movie (Will show her beautifully) or Selvaragavan movie (Will beautifully show her). Anyway she wont return to Tamilnadu again till Vijay quits his acting.
After the same old fight, song, fight, dance…Villans starts entering. As usual Villans rape women and Vijay help them. When this keeps on happening Director gives a twist in the movie. Instead of Hero advising Villian and Villans turing good, here Villan advise Hero and changes him.
Next few scenes Vijay takes his face very close to Villan and shouts “Payam.. Payam…Ippa payam vanthuthaaaaa….”, he not only scares villan but the entire audience. Movie should have been given an “A” certificate for showing Vijay this close. Anyway kids should be very careful watching this movie.
Usually Rajin or Vijay becomes richer in one song, but here Vijay become rich in single second and then song starts. Lighthearted people should see few scenes after this song. Director doesn’t stop showing Vijay closeup; he also makes Vijay cry making the movie a scary, deadly thriller. Please close eyes or run out of the theater before this.
In between all these Anuska comes then and there and does a duet with Vijay.Once people know Anuska won’t come in the movie after the last song people rush to the door for escape. As this was expected theater owners close the doors after this song. So people are advised to take i pod, playing cards, chess, and video games to avoid seeing Vijay continuously so long.
Finally movie ends when a blind man shoots villan (what an idea surji) and people stand up and claps for few mins with tears in their eyes. Vetaikaran DVD sales makes record as parents buy them to scare kids and feed them food and Pakistani terrorist buying them in huge to torture the people they captured.

Hor(ror)scope
Horoscope is always out of scope to me. Whether to believe Horoscope or not is second question. My first question is why to see Horoscope?
Life is interesting only when you don’t know whats going to happen. Once you know your future, life wont be interesting. Once you know you are going to die someday you die everyday. When you see Horoscope there are two possibilities for a person. Good and Bad.
When you know something good going to happen, your expectation will be more on that. If something good happens to you also you wont feel happy, as you already know that something good going to happen to you. But when nothing happens you will get really disappointed as you expected good things to happen.
When you know something bad going to happen, you start worrying. You start feeling pain from the day you know something bad going to happen though things turns bad or not. You stop putting your effort; hard work etc thinking it will turn out bad. Things become worse than bad from the day you see Horoscope.
What happens when you see Horoscope? For ex you want to start a business and want to know whether it will come good. The first person tells you that its not the right time to start, but you badly want to start it. So you go to next person to check. Till someone says its good to start business you keep on seeing horoscope. When you start business though the last guy told you its good to start, your mind will be on what others told. Though you start your business end of the day your mind is disturbed. You can’t concentrate on business with a disturbed mind. You can do some groundwork on your business instead of wasting time on Horoscope.
Believe only on you put your full effort on the work you do. Don’t depend on Horoscope or God for the work you do. When your hard work, effort is there it doesn’t matter whether Horoscope says it will turn good or bad.
